Since joining the firm in 2016, Tyler has developed a strong litigation practice, handling complex construction disputes for clients across the A/E/C industry.

From design defect defense cases, to large, multiparty construction claims involving document-intensive disputes, to professional disciplinary proceedings, Tyler’s ability to identify the key issues critical to a client’s success and harness technology to manage complex cases makes him a wonderful addition to our leadership team.

Internally, Tyler manages the firm’s technology platforms and is committed to bringing the best resources and systems to the firm for the benefit of our clients. We look forward to his continued success and contributions in this new phase of his career.

“Tyler’s edge comes from his tenacity and powers as a persuader who digs in and figures out the details that matter in each case. It’s no small feat to distill order out of the complicated world of a sprawling construction project file, but Tyler masters the facts and law of a case as well as anyone we’ve got. He’s worked extremely hard, and we’re delighted to have him join the partnership.”
