This exclusive list distinguishes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state. To be eligible for the Rising Stars list, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger, or in practice 10 years or less.

Karly Houchin joined Allensworth in 2017 and quickly distinguished herself as an outstanding construction litigator with an uncanny ability to identify what a case is really about, allowing her to efficiently and effectively pursue a path that is best for her clients. Karly has also developed an expertise in water law and insurance coverage. 

Nicholl Wade stands out as a litigator for her collaborative approach to dispute resolution. She has a unique way of working with all parties in a dispute to solve the problem together and get to “yes.” She is known for finding creative solutions to legal issues that allow her clients to quickly return to business as usual.
