Will Allensworth Named Lawyer of the Year

In addition to the 15 attorneys listed, we congratulate Will Allensworth on being named Lawyer of the Year for Construction Law in Austin. This distinction, awarded to only one attorney per practice area and region, is a fully deserved recognition of Will’s thought leadership in construction law practice.

In the past year, Will has played an active role in the Texas legislative process, advising on construction-related legislation that affects construction projects, contractor operations, and industry practices. He also delivered the keynote Case Law Update speech for a second straight year at the 2025 Construction Law Conference in San Antonio. Will’s influence extends beyond client representation to advancing the broader construction community, ensuring that our firm remains at the forefront of thought leadership and critical regulatory and policy developments. This fall, he is returning to teach another class in Construction Litigation as an Adjunct Professor at his alma mater, UT Law.
